Do you sell products?

No. This is the foundation of the service. Smart Mimar sells no hardware and takes no commission from any brand. Only you pay our fee. So the only measure of our advice is what fits your home.

Installers visit for free. Why is this paid?

A free site survey is really a sales visit; its cost is hidden inside the devices you'll be sold. Our income comes only from advice, not devices. That is why it is paid, and that is why it is unbiased. You receive a written roadmap you can use with any installer, not a sales quote.

How much does a smart home cost?

In Turkey, project budgets run from a few thousand lira to hundreds of thousands. What makes the difference is not the number of devices but the quality of the plan. The audit gives you an item-by-item budget for your own apartment, so you can compare any quote that comes your way. The audit fee itself is fixed, set by scope, and confirmed on WhatsApp before you book.

Do you do the installation?

Planning and coordination are ours. You can implement yourself, with our guidance. Anything electrical is done with a licensed electrician. Mains electrical work always belongs to a qualified professional.

I'm renting. Is this for me?

Yes. Solutions that need no drilling or permanent changes, and can move out with you, are a standard part of the plan. So is your deposit.

Matter is here. Isn't compatibility solved?

Standards are improving, but the job is not done. Platforms support different Matter versions to different degrees, and some device types still work incompletely in some ecosystems. A standard is no substitute for planning. Which ecosystem fits your home is still the most critical decision.

Do voice assistants work in Turkish?

Partially. Turkish support varies a lot between assistants, and it is one of the most commonly overlooked points in planning here. In the Roadmap, we pick voice-control options that will actually work in your home.

Am I obliged to continue after the audit?

No. The Roadmap is valuable on its own. Implement it yourself or with your own installer if you prefer. No sales pressure. And if you do continue, the full audit fee is credited toward planning.
